  • The preferred logistics supplier for Australian Healthcare Week is Gel Events. Gel can assist you with moving goods from your location to the venue. GEL BOOKING FORM HERE
  • If you are using your own delivery company, please fill out these labels and ask them to fix them to each box of your freight. The show is Halls 1-2 and Exhibition Dock Delivery. Exhibitor Label
  • Deliveries to the event can be made during Bump In - Monday 18 March, 8:00am - 6:00pm and Tuesday 19 March, 8:00am - 8:00pm.The loading dock will not be open on event days for deliveries. Loading dock 1-2 will be used for bump in and bump out. Review ICC Dock Map.
  • Return deliveries can be made during Bump Out - Thursday 21 March, 5:00pm - 8:00pm or Friday 22 March 8:00 am - 12 noon. 
  • Please note, if you are NOT onsite to sign for your delivery, it will be turned away unless stated it can be left without signature. Gel and the organisers will NOT sign for deliveries. Please clearly highlight on the delivery label and delivery instructions that your goods can be left without a signature if you will not be onsite to receive. Exhibitor Delivery Label.
  • If you have goods being collected from the venue on Friday 22 March, please ensure these are collected between 8:00am - 12 noon. Your goods MUST be clearly labelled with a return address and packed in the centre of your stand. Anything that is not packed or labelled in the centre of your stand will be taken to the Gel depot for pick up at your cost. 

  • Vehicle access to the loading dock is available. Loading dock 1-2 will be used for bump in and bump out. Review ICC Dock Map.
  • Vehicles may only remain on the loading dock for a maximum of 20 minutes for loading/unloading purposes due to the high volume of vehicles.
  • Vehicles on the dock must not exceed 10kmh and hazard lights must be active at all times and whilst engines are running.
  • Your courier can drop off your shipment whether you are present or not, ONLY if you have given authority that your delivery can be left without a signature.
  • If you require the use of the loading dock AT ALL (e.g. courier delivery, own vehicle etc) you MUST complete the ICC venue booking form in the venue portal here.  

  • ICC Sydney Carpark: A discount flat rate is available for exhibitors and contractors during bump in – Monday 18 March - Tuesday 17 March ONLY. Collect your Discount Car Parking ticket from the ICC Sydney Customer Service Desk on level 2 next to hall 4. Max. vehicle height 2.2m. There is NO ICC Sydney car parking discount during show days.
  • Harbourside Carpark: 100 Murray St, Pyrmont, Sydney. Discount Flat rate per day from Monday 18 March - Thursday 21 March. Collect your follow-on ticket from the registration desk at the front of the show. Max. Vehicle height 2m.
  • Sydney Fish Markets (open air parking for oversize vehicles): Bank Street and Pyrmont Bridge Road, Sydney. Parking rates are based on an hourly charge. Max. daily charge is $80 for 6+ hours. No max. vehicle height restriction. 20-minute walk from this carpark to the venue. There is no discount for parking at this venue

  • The organiser and Gel are not able sign for goods from third party couriers. Ensure your deliveries are sent with ‘signature not required’ or meet them yourself. Please make your courier aware there may be a queue for unloading.Please do not address goods to the organiser or provide our contact details.
  • There is no access to shell scheme or Turnkey stands on Monday 18 March as they will not yet be constructed.

  • Gel Events will supply forklifting services, pallet jacks and trolleys to exhibitors during bump in and bump out free of charge. Please note that these services are on a first come first served basis.

  • Although Gel can provide assistance, it is the exhibitor’s responsibility to provide adequate staff and equipment to transport goods at the venue, to avoid the risk of injury.

  • Any rubbish at your stand during bump in is to be neatly packed up and placed in the middle of the aisle for cleaners to collect.

  • You may restock during show days 7:30 am - 8:00 am, but it must be done by hand (no trolleys allowed).
  • Any rubbish from restocking your stand on show days is to be placed neatly in or next to rubbish bins located on the show floor. Please do not fill venue bins with packaging. 

  • There is NO exhibitor storage provided by the organiser at the show.
  • Exhibitors requiring refrigeration etc, must book and bring their own refrigeration/freezers.
  • Any pallets will be stored off site by Gel then brought back to the venue to use for bump out.
